A Book of Floor Plans & Other Ideas for a Small Inn or Bed and Breakfast

Unless you are an architect or designer with experience designing inns or bed and breakfast inns you are probably looking for ideas to help you formulate your final plans. This booklet of plans is designed to help you incubate the initial design phase of your project.

While these plans are not site specific and should not be used as working drawings, a complete set can be obtained from the designer listed in the back of this book.

We’re also including some idea sketches of an interactive lobby, a food service area, a business center, an exercise area, as well as a courtyard garden. Lastly, for those with plenty of land we are including a guest cottage or cabin layout. These floor plans and sketches will also be accompanied by estimates of square footage.
